Business Overview
Central Ohio Shuttle Service has been providing full-service transportation to Columbus residents and visitors since 1998. We operate a variety of vehicles including vans, town cars, limousines and buses. Our mission has always been to provide the best experience possible for our clients.
We service the entire state of Ohio and its surrounding states. We pick up 24 hours a day; 7 days a week by reservation. Our staff is knowledgeable,
courteous and reliable and our drivers have 10 plus years of experience each and are licensed in compliance with city, state and federal regulations. Our drivers also carry communication device when needed.
In the transportation business, anything can happen at any time. From a
flight delay to a traffic delay; a flat tire to a wrong flight number; COSS is able to manage circumstances that are unexpected.
Previous experience includes managing and transporting large convention attendees, working with hotels to provide shuttles for construction workers, and corporate transportation services.

Pricing Assumptions
Please note the following assumptions:
- Additional buses may require pricing adjustments.
- Route modifications may affect pricing.
- Extended operating hours may require revised rates.
- Special transportation requests will be quoted separately.
- Current first-shift service is based on five (5) buses.
- Pricing may be adjusted if expanded to seven (7) buses.
- Final pricing is subject to review of route mileage, operating hours, and project-specific requirements.
Terms & Conditions
Billing
- Monthly invoicing
- Payment Terms: Net 10 Days
Service Changes
- Any service modifications will be documented and approved prior to implementation.
Pricing Agreement
Upon acceptance of this proposal:
- This pricing supersedes all previous quotations, proposals, verbal discussions, and written offers.
- All previous pricing becomes null and void.
- The accepted pricing shall remain the sole pricing applicable unless amended in writing and approved by both parties.
